Delete Your Account

You can delete your Takio Live account directly in the app, or by contacting our support team. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Option 1 — Delete in the App

Open the Takio Live app and log in to your account.

Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen.

Tap Settings (gear icon in the top right).

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion request. Your account and associated personal data will be deleted, subject only to limited retention where required or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes.

Option 2 — Contact Support

Send us an email with your registered User ID and request account deletion. We will process the request and delete the account and associated personal data, subject only to limited retention described in our Privacy Policy.

⚠️ Deleting your account permanently removes access to your profile and associated account data, including messages and unused virtual items (such as coins or VIP benefits), subject to limited legally permitted retention. This action cannot be reversed. Refund eligibility for purchases is governed by applicable law and the payment platform’s policies.
