Takio Live ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Takio Live application.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), a service provided by Google, to deliver system and service-related push notifications. To provide this functionality, Firebase may process device or app identifiers, including Firebase Installation IDs and push notification tokens. You can manage or disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.
We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted service providers, including Google Firebase for push notification and related app infrastructure services and Google Play for purchase processing. These providers may process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce our policies.
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Takio Live, protect the security and integrity of the service, prevent fraud and abuse, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. You may request account deletion at any time. When an account deletion request is completed, the account and associated personal data are deleted, except for limited information that we are required or permitted to retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or regulatory purposes. Any retained information is kept only for the period necessary for those purposes.

Takio Live is strictly for users aged 18+. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation.
We actively detect and remove content related to child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Takio Live may operate system-managed accounts for testing, moderation, and service quality purposes.
